Last month 1st March had the pleasure of being served by two lovely girls named Supria and Puja. They went above and beyond to help me in the store. Side note .. sometimes the customer service guys are hot and miss but these two girls restored my faith. I'll shop there again because of them.

I recently had a wonderful experience at H&M thanks to one of the most kind, supportive, and dedicated staff member named Elma I’ve ever encountered. I shop at H&M regularly and while the products are great, I’ve often found the staff to be a bit indifferent or not very involved. However, this young lady Elma completely changed my perception. From the moment I asked for help with finding my size, she went above and beyond. Not only did she assist me in-store, but she also took the extra step to search online for availability. She genuinely made every effort to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism, decency, and supportive attitude stood out clearly. Where many staff members would give up quickly or show disinterest, she remained patient, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the interaction. I was truly impressed by her work ethic — it’s rare to come across someone who takes their job so seriously and performs it with such grace. I strongly recommend that H&M recognize Elma efforts because employees like her are an asset to any business. Her attitude doesn’t just help customers — it reflects positively on the entire brand. If more staff were like her, shopping would always be a pleasure. Thank you to Elma your kindness didn’t go unnoticed. You truly made my day! 🙏✨

Update: rating went from one star to five stars because of these lovely girls. I recently dropped off some clothes at the recycling bins and was really impressed with the service from Kencho and Alisha. Over the years, the customer service has been a bit hit and miss, but these two lovely girls were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole experience easy and pleasant, and their positive attitude really stood out. Great customer service like this makes such a difference, and they both deserve recognition for the wonderful job they do. &&&&&&&&&&&&& One star rating …. Whilst I think it’s a great initiative that H&M takes in old fabric of any kind—like bed sheets or clothes—to help prevent it from ending up in landfill, I’m disappointed with how the system works now. The point system requires you to have the app on your phone, and depending on which staff member you deal with, some are happy to give you the old-fashioned card, while others act as though they don’t do it anymore. Because of this inconsistency, I’m hesitant to donate my clothes to H&M. By the time I drive into the city, pay for parking, and deal with the hit-and-miss experience with staff—some good, some not—it ends up being a waste of time, effort, and money.
